Please understand most of the Loot we offer is vintage, sold with imperfections and may have some wear all of which simply reflect their age and all the LOVE they have enjoyed over the years!
Of course, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Loot! However, due to the nature of the Loot we offer, there are a few limitations.
For all full-priced, new Loot purchased at our flagship location, or online, we will gladly offer an exchange or store credit within 10 days of delivery at no extra cost to you.
Please note, all vintage, sale, promotional items, gift cards, handmade, and our one-of-a-kind, “Home Grown” items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
To start a return, simply contact us via email at info@lootvintageandsupply.com and include; your original order number, reason for your return, and a request for either an exchange or store credit. Should you need to exchange your Loot, for another amazing item, please note the item you would like when you send us the request. To exchange, the requested item must be of equal value to the original purchase.
As you know, most of our Loot is one-of-a-kind and sells out quickly. If the item you have requested for an exchange is unavailable, DON'T WORRY! One of our team members will promptly contact you and do everything we can to get you some Loot we know you will love!
After we approve your return or exchange request, we will send you a return confirmation via email and arrange for the store credit or processing of the exchange. All returns or exchanges must receive prior approval and will not be accepted without a return confirmation.
All Loot being returned for exchange or store credit must be received in the original condition. When we receive your Loot, we will check it out to ensure it is not damaged and remains in the original condition prior to processing your exchange or store credit.
Exchange order shipments will be processed within 3-5 business days excluding Sunday’s and holidays.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer with the exception of damaged Loot or errors on our part.
